This keystone program is the heartbeat of our organization. We are an auditioned community treble chorus made up of Austinites who love to sing together and for our community.

Our singers have a wide range of training, from first-time singers and chorus members to those with professional experience. Our chorus is open to singers of all gender identities with voices in the treble range - soprano and alto. Since our founding, we have proudly been a welcoming, safe space for women and LGBTQIA+ treble singers.

For our bi-annual ticketed concert series, we routinely hire local professional and student musicians to perform with us. We have toured internationally in Spain and Ireland.

Community service is a founding principle of our chorus. Each year, we perform a variety of shows for the community all across Austin.

Recently, we've been singing at the Austin Central Library, Susan G. Komen More Than Pink Walk, local senior living centers, Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and more. We've also performed at Round Rock Express and Texas Stars games, Austin Monthly’s Wonder Women Luncheon, Chuy’s Children Giving to Children parade, Austin Trail of Lights, and a Naturalization Ceremony held at the LBJ Library.

Check out our events page to see where we’ll be singing next.

We take immense pride in being able to foster the next generation of vocal talent in our community. Our annual scholarship provides financial support to a local female student who is pursuing a 2- or 4-year education degree that continues their vocal studies.

First awarded in the spring of 2017, this scholarship was initially funded by a generous donor in memory of Melody Claire Hall, oldest daughter of Founding Artistic Director Janey Hall, whose life was tragically cut short in her teen years.

The Bluebonnet Fund for New Music is focused on commissioning contemporary choral works for treble choirs that amplify our mission to:

  • Support Gender Equity: Both advocacy for our LGBTQIA+ community and support for women

  • Celebrate Diversity: Supporting composers and themes that lift up minoritized and marginalized voices and identities in choral music

  • Build Community: Using music to heal and connect

Launched in May 2024, this exciting initiative is commissioning its first piece of music for our Spring 2025 concert series.

The Sing Together ATX event series is designed to give people fun ways to try out singing in a treble chorus. One night, one song, one choral flash mob at a casual local venue.

The Chorus Impact Study (2019) highlights the lifelong benefits of choral singing, including enhanced well-being, stronger social connections, and healthier aging. Singing is also one of the easiest ways for regular folk to participate in and contribute to the Austin music scene...which is a blast.
